Khandaker Shihabur Rahman is a Research Associate in the Water and River Management Section at Project Upokul. He is currently a third-year undergraduate student of International Relations at Jahangirnagar University.
In addition, he serves as a Program Assistant at the Bangladesh Centre for Indo-Pacific Affairs (BCIPA). Driven by a strong interest in foreign policy, he is also actively engaged with the Foreign Policy Team of the Youth Policy Forum.
His key research interests include South Asian Hydro-politics, South Asian politics, and Indo-Pacific affairs.
